Neuroendocrine Tumor of the Uterine Neck
Abstract
Paciente femenina de 23 años de edad, de raza mestiza, con antecedentes de salud, sin hábitos tóxicos referidos que acude a consulta por presentar metrorragia desde hace aproximadamente un año de evolución. Historia obstétrica de 4 gestaciones, 1 parto eutócico y 3 abortos provocados (G4 P1 A3).
Al examen físico con el espéculo se observa un cuello con tumoración de más menos 8 cm de diámetro que se extiende hasta el tercio medio de la vagina; tumoración con superficie irregular, aumento de la vascularización, tras la aplicación del ácido acético se observa un epitelio blanco denso y vasos atípicos. Test de Schiller: amarillo canario. Al tacto vaginal se presenta un cuello tumoral de alrededor de 8 cm de diámetro, superficie irregular, consistencia aumentada. ¨tero de más menos 9 cm, de consistencia normal, anejos no palpables, fondo de saco libre. Al tacto rectal se aprecia una región perianal normal, esfínter tónico, ambos parametrios infiltrados sin llegar a la pared pélvica. Se diagnostica un tumor neuroendocrino de cuello, con etapa clínica de II B(Fig. 1- Panel A-B-C-D). Se planifica tratamiento con radioquimioterapia.
